I am a product designer focused on turning complex systems into intuitive digital experiences. Over the past several years, I've helped modernize legacy applications, align teams, and create products that feel simple, even when the problems behind them aren't.
I specialize in blending product thinking, UX strategy, and a little thing I call UX feng shui to create experiences people genuinely enjoy using.
When I'm not working, you'll find me searching for great sushi, spending time on the Maine coast, or bingeing Big Bang Theory.

I worked on a project with Sophia for three years, coordinating on a fresh React web application from scratch. This was a customer-facing application that was meant to replace an existing user experience; Sophia was excellent at working with us on the development staff, as well as with the customers who were directing the UX needs. While being primarily front-end and UX focused, she was engaged in engineering discussions where needed, and consistently driven in providing a fast, responsive experience to our users.
The entire UI was designed from scratch with her interpreting a series of constantly shifting asks from the client. Sophia was professional, quick, and receptive. Even in situations where our technical capability or data availability didn't match the client's needs, she was able to find strong compromises that still satisfied them.
It was an absolute pleasure to work on a project with Sophia. If I had the option, I would definitely consider her for future design and implementation work."
